May Daaaze - Friday
Friday May 3rd
May Day to Cinco de Mayo. Maibock, which means “May beer,” is also called a Heller Bock, Helles, or Lente Bock in some European areas. Originating in Munich, brewers combined traditional methods with 18th-century technology to craft the Maibock, a seasonal beer symbolizing the transition from spring to summer (a little early even for us). We celebrate the arrival of May with the introduction of our Maibock on May 1st followed by a weekend of great food and live music!

National Train Day
Saturday May 11th
Join us at the best place for train watching - the Shaidzon Beer Garden - to celebrate the anniversary of the pounding of the Golden spike in Promontory, Utah, which marked the completion of the first transcontinental railroad in the U.S.! It's National Train Day! We party it up with a day filled with Northeast Regional trains honking and waving, and Acela Express trains zooming by. Try to get those conductors honking! Plus live music from Sinner's Pie and food from Hank's Down South for a little Americana/folk/bluegrass and BBQ to match that theme of riding the rails.
